Can I block access to a specific page on my WP site?

I need to block acess to a specific page based on the ip that a user was related from.  The user will have to access this page from a link on anmother site that requires authentication to access.  So I need to block acees base, NOT on the public IP of the user but on the public IP that the user clicks the link to my site from.  And this is to be configured for specific pages.

Currently the Users' Public IPs are considered into the blocking/unblocking criteria with the feature of blocking their access to specific pages in WordPress IP Blocker Pro 10.

However  your suggestion is really great. I have forwarded this to our Engineering Team and hopefully they will be adding such feature in our next release scheduled for late October 2016.
