Can I block my own country except me or my IP addresses in Wordpress IP Blocker Pro?

I want any software for my wordpress based website, which can offer country blocking service.

I see that the same thing is there in Wordpress IP blocker pro. But I do have confusion about it.

If I block my own country, then what happens? Does it blocks me as well?

Yes, you can block your own country by using the Wordpress IP Blocker Pro.
But before that you have add your IPs to the excluding list. So that you won't get blocked from the country blocker.
