I am getting an error message when trying to look at a web page sometimes, not always.

Question

This is the error message I get when I look around our site. Others have called in complaining as we are a newspaper. I just brought the Alliance Times-Herald's website into the 21st century. Everything seems to work fine with the exception of getting this error message every once in a while.

Please help.

I really need an answer for my question. We purchased the Pro version and it is not working properly. We either need a product that works or a refund. It does us no good to have an IP blocker that blocks anyone from being able to smoothly browse through our site.
