Logins continue even though I entered the user IP

Question

Hello. We have continued logn attempts from somebody in the Ukraine. Their IP address is 91.210.144.142, not sure if this matters. I got the IP from the email WP sends to the admin after too many login attempts. I entered it into the plugin and the login attemps continue to come in.

Please help. We haven't upgraded to the Pro version but will after we confirm this works.

IP Blocker Lite version protects your website from direct IP hits to see the website page content only.

 

However the WordPress IP Blocker Pro provides all round protection from the blocked IPs including the IP Blocking at Admin Panel and Login Screens as well.
