what is the "requested format" for IP address when adding to block list

When I enter the IP address in the "add new ip address field" it shows a "please match the requestd format" message. what is the requested format?

Furthermore, why must I have at least 120 characters in this question? Am I being penalized for clarity?

It seems you are using the IP Blocker Lite, where the IP Addresses are taken in correct IPV4 format and Value. For example: 192.168.1.1 is a correct IP Address
