Same Problem - no download

I have the same issue that I paid for the pro but no download email.

I do have the Paypal reciept, and i also have checked in spam etc.

Hi Duncan, Software has been sent to your newly provided email ID (via Private Message).

The email was automatically sent along with the software as zip file to d*****n@net9design.com

Seems like zip files are not allowed in inbox, so please PM (Private message) the another email id where we can send you the software.
