It keeps automatically adding my ip address after the first time I go to the website.

I configured settings to 5 attempts in 1 hour. This concerns me that this is also happening to my customers. What setting am I missing, I have had to change my ip settings everytime

Ostrand, we saw your provided screenshot of the asked Settings Page, which is absolutey fine.

You need to increase the attempts per hour for your website users, if some of them are being blocked. Because the WordPress IP Blocker Pro blocks all users who exceed your defined criteria (which is 5 Visits per hour).

You should increase these visits per hour as per your website content, that how many pages a user can view in one hour.
