I Blocked my own IP by Mistake

Question

Hi, I was trying out the lite app and by mistake i blocked my own IP address can't see my site anymore what can i do to delet the ip from the block list 

I am a non-techinical person. Shall I provide you my host details to remove my ip from the ip block-list.

 

Please help ??

Please email your host credentials support@lionscripts.com, so that we can remove your IP from your blocked list.
