IPs not blocked anymore

Hi

Last week I noticed visits from blocked countries and IPs, they are able to view website content and navigate through pages. Can you please let me know why did the plugin stop working and if it's possible to fix it?

HI Klaudia,

It is not possible that the blocked IP will be able to view the content.
Either the IP address was different than the blocked one, otherwise they would have blocked by IP Blocker Pro to view the website content.

Did you find any evidence that the blocked user(s) were able to view the content?

thanks for your reply. Both ip and country blocking as well as blocked ip notification are turned on, I didn't update wordpress or any plugins before it suddenly stopped working. Stats report url paths within the site being accessed (pages) from blocked countries / ips, no email notification is being received about them being blocked.
