IPs not blocked for the spammers with .pl domains

Question

Hello and thanks for your wordpress ip blocker lite plug in which I have started using a few days ago

The question is that I have one IP that looks like it is not beeing blocked as I get  subscribers from that IP almost every day and they are all spammers from  .pl domains
@wp.pl
@poczta.pl
@**.pl many other domains ending in .pl

The IP not being blocked is 91.225.156.56 and I have deleted it from your plug in and then added it again but looks like it does not block it.

Sometimes people mask the IP addresses with anything else, due to which you won't see the actual ip of the user.
