After inputting custom HTML into configuration, cannot save changes

Hi,
I put in some custom HTML DIv tags, forms and shortcodes, however, I cannot delete this now or change to any of the other options as when I click on Save Changes, nothing happens, the page does not refresh. I am running on WP 4.2.2.

We really apologize for the issue you have faced. Please send the page's screenshot to support@lionscripts.com where you have pasted the HTML. So that we can get the error produced at our end as well.
