Why are verifications at Google, Bing and Pinterest are returned with error messages.

I have added the meta tags from each site, but each has been unable to verify. Is there a time delay? Or, what else should I be doing?

Sharon, are you using any caching plugin ?
Please clear the cache after then the sites will Verify correctly.
