PROBLEM WITH DOWNLOAD YOU SENT VIA EMAIL.

Question

I can't open the zip file on my desktop (mavericks), so i can't send it via ftp. 

When I follow the second set of instructions ie. open dashboard and upload plugin. i get the following error message: 

Installing Plugin from uploaded file: wordpress-ip-blocker-pro.zip

Unpacking the package…

Could not copy file. wordpress-ip-blocker-pro/screenshots/.

squazimo, I apologize for the problem you faced while installing the WordPress IP Blocker Pro. It happened due to our system issue while sending you the email. Now we have sent you the new software zip file (at your registered email ID) which you can use to install it from WordPress backend.
