Problem using IP Blocker with my website

Having installed the IP Address blocker our website is unable to load the format correctly and gives the following error message at the top of the page. warning:in array() expectsparameters2 to be array null given in / home/stairlif/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-ip-blocker pro/include/wib.class.php on line 2861.

Please can you advise how to resolve this problem as we have had to deactivate the plugin.  Since doing this my Google Adwords Campaign has had no clicks which is unusual.
