Pro version not importing from lite

I have exported my data from th lite version and imported into the pro version, it said done but no ip's show up, and if i add one manualy it says it already exists. also i get this error at the top of the page: Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /home/stairlif/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-ip-blocker-pro/include/wib.class.php on line 500.

i am trying to stop malicious clicks from a competitors using an orange mobile network, clicking on my google adwords campagn.
